Melbourne – Cristiano Ronaldo/Real Madrid ⚽️

Hey guys !!!

Any soccer fans out there ? Recently three big teams came to Melbourne, Australia to participate in the International Champions Cup (Australia)- AS Roma, Manchester City, and (my favourite team) Real Madrid.

Last year, when I found out Real Madrid was coming to Australia, I was super excited. I was even more excited when I found out my favourite player Cristiano Ronaldo was coming!!!!!!! To see him play live has been a dream of mine, ever since I was in my early teens.

I love Real Madrid, but if I am going to be entirely honest, my main reason for going was Cristiano Ronaldo- I was a fan of his before he joined these Spanish giants.

I don’t usually travel interstate for concerts or sports, but when I heard he was coming with Real Madrid, I jumped on my computer and bought tickets straight away! – I just had to.

Six months later  I found myself in Melbourne with my best friend running to the Park Hyatt ( The hotel where they were staying) trying to catch a glimpse of Cristiano and the rest of the team.

Words cannot describe the feeling I had when I first saw him !!!!!

This gorgeous Latino with a heart of gold and amazing soccer skills was standing two meters away from me, and I could not move ! It was a dream come true !!!!!! What I did not know was that top players don’t sign on game day. Ritual perhaps ? I dont know. So here I was in the front row thinking I was going to get an autograph from my favourite soccer player(because he signed every other day), but it didn’t happen 😦 But it did not matter! I felt so lucky just seeing him and being two metres away from him! Plus he smiled and waved at us from the bus 🙂

Oh and Toni Kroos came up to us, and he signed my Real Madrid backpack 😀 #Bonus !!!! He’s awesome 🙂

Chanting with the other fans at the Park Hyatt was so much fun ! I loved every minute of standing outside the Park Hyatt and chanting, walking to the MCG with Real Madrid fans, and watching RM play at the MCG. Watching Ronaldo and RM play at the MCG was an absolute dream come true! I am sooooo grateful 😀
